The West Virginia Federation of Republican Women comprised of 10 clubs throughout West Virginia held its 39th Biennial in Mineral Wells, hosted by the Pleasants County Republican Women. It's intersting that our State Federation is older than the National Federation by three years! Forty women from all over this great state traveled to make decisions, plans and resolutions to improve and positively impact our beautiful state beginning with our own towns and communities.
