A little about our President

Gladys E. Lemley was born and raised in Mineral Wells (Wood County), West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late Kenner and Helen Newbanks. She is married to Bill Lemley and resides in Vienna, WV. Graduated from Parkersburg High School and received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major from Glenville State College.
She is an active member of the Wood County Republican Women, where she serves as Chaplain and Campaign Chair. She is the past treasurer of the West Virginia Federation of Republican Women.
As an active member of South Parkersburg Baptist Church she sings in the Sanctuary Choir and serves as Sunday evening worship song leader. Since retiring she works with the Cornerstone Ministry delivering meals to shut-ins, visits nursing homes and hospitals. In the past, she has led small groups and taught Sunday School Class.
She claims the Lord’s promise to Solomon in 2 Chronicles 7:14 that “If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land” as we move into 2012.
